Malai Aloo


Potato is one of our favorite vegetable. Bore with some old potato recipe? .Here is my new tasty Malai Alu recipe for all of u.

Prep time :30 Mint.
 Serve for : 4 person.
 1.Small baby Potato’s 8 to 10 (pill and make hole with fork almost everywhere)
 2.Make a smooth paste (add cashew nuts,Raisin.Almond & 1 cube Paneer)
 3.One small chopped tomato.
 4.One tea spoon ginger paste.
 5.One tea spoon red chili powder.
 6.One tea spoon Turmeric Powder.
 7.One tea spoon of cumin powder.
 8.Half tea spoon ghee.
 9.One table spoon heavy cream.
 10.Sunflower oil.
 11.Salt & sugar (optional) as per taste.
 12.One bay leave.
 13.Two cardamom.
 14. Two to three clove

Deep fry the potatoes and keep aside.
Add some oil in a heavy bottom vessel and add the bay leave cardamom & clove then  slowly add the chopped tomatoes.

Now add the ginger paste turmeric powder red chili powder and cumin powder fry till oil separate. Now add the fried potatoes with some water and cover with lid.
When the potatoes are 90 % done remove the lid and then add the cashew paste mixture. (reduce the flame).
Cook for another two to three mint. Now add the fresh cream & add some ghee before switch of the flame. Your malai alu is ready. Serve with Roti or Paratha.
