Dhania Chicken

Any green colour gave your food a natural look. We love chicken in any style, so how about some coriander chicken.

1.Chicken 750 gm.
2.One large chopped onion.
3.One big bunch of Coriander.
4.One large tomato.
5.One table spoon ginger garlic paste.
6. One cube ginger.
7.Five to six green chilies (as per your taste or if u don’t want a spicy dish then don’t add).
8.One tea spoon curd.
9.One tea spoon red chili powder.
10.One tea spoon coriander powder.
11. One tea spoon of lime juice.
12.Few fenugreek seeds.
13. Few coriander seeds.
14.Salt & sugar(optional) as per taste.
15.Sunflower oil.


Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste ,lime juice, some salt and curd keep it aside for 45 mint.

Make a smooth paste of coriander bunch with the green chilies.

Make another smooth paste of tomato and the ginger cube.

Put oil in a heavy bottom vessel, and the fenugreek and coriander seeds, fry for few seconds. Now add the chopped onions.
Fry till golden brown then add the tomato ginger paste cook till the oil separate. 

Now add the red chili and the coriander powder mix them all cook for another 2 mint after that add the marinated chicken. Cook with a lead till the chicken tender.

Now finally add the coriander paste. Mix with the tender chicken nicely.

Reduce flame and cook for another 5 mint. The spicy tasty Dhania Chicken is ready, serve with Rice or Roti.
