Chicken Biryani

I know all of you love chicken Biryani but scared to cook because it’s quite lengthy . but my biryani recipe is not like that, its very easy to cook.

Prep time:1.30 mint.

Serve for 4 to 5 ppl.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for biryani masala:

Clove 2,cinamom one stick ,cardamom 2 to 3,Few cumin seeds ,Dry red chili 4 , Few black paper, Few coriander seeds. Fry them all in a dry pan and make a smooth powder.

For biryani chicken:

1. Chicken 750 gm with bone (I prefer to use only leg piece)
2.Two big onion paste.
3. Ginger Garlic Paste 2 table spoon.
4. Curd 1 table spoon,
5. Salt as per taste.
6. Red chili powder one tea spoon.
7. Turmeric powder one tea spoon.
8. Cumin Powder one tea spoon.
9. Mustard oil 1 table spoon.
10. Few drops of Keora water.

Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients along with one tea ½ tea spoon of Biryani Masala.. keep it aside for 3 to 4 hr.

Ingredients for Biryani Rice:

1.Basmati rice 500 gm.
2.Curd 2 table spoon,
3. Ghee 1 table spoon.
4.Salt as per taste.




Now clean the rice with water and mix with all the 4 ingredients along with 1 tea spoon of biryani masala. And cook the rice till 90% done.

Make a mixture of two table spoon of milk, Yellow food colour, keora water and meetha ator.

Ingredients for Biryani spl Potato:

Boiled the potato with some ghee biryani masala and salt. And deep fry after boiling.

Process for Chicken:

Put oil & ghee in a heavy bottom vessel and add the marinated chicken. Cook in low flame for 15 mint. Put the cover for some time. Again cook the chicken till it tender and a nice rich colour come out.

Now take a wide pan and grease with ghee nicely and make the layer with rice ,chicken pieces with gravy along with the potatoes.

Finally sprinkle the milk mixture (you can add some fried onion also).Put the lead for 5 mint. Flame should be very low. Your Chicken Biryani is ready .

U might find it quite big recipe but believe me it’s really easy. Serve hot with Raita.
