Me and my husband we both are very fond of eggs. Egg in any gravy we relish like anything. This time I prepared some old Egg Curry with some little different spices. And it came out soo good. Every time same old egg curry might make your lunch or dinner very monotonous so try this little different “Egg Curry” of mine , you will love it I am sure about that.

Preparation time: 15 mints.

Cooking time: 30 mints.

Serve for 2 people.

4.One small chopped tomato.
5. Few cashew nuts, few coriander seeds, few cumin seeds, few black pepper, one dry red chili, one

grind in a mixture).
6.Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili powder (half tea spoon of each item).
7.Salt & Sugar as per taste.
8.Sunflower oil.

Boiled the eggs and marinate the eggs with some salt and turmeric powder.

Fry the egg pieces till they golden brown and keep it aside.

Now add some oil in a vessel and add the half of the sliced onion and the chopped tomato, fry till the onions are transparent.
