Masala Egg Curry

Me and my husband we both are very fond of eggs. Egg in any gravy we relish like anything. This time I prepared some old Egg Curry with some little different spices. And it came out soo good. Every time same old egg curry might make your lunch or dinner very monotonous so try this little different “Egg Curry” of mine , you will love it I am sure about that.

 



Preparation time: 15 mints.

Cooking time: 30 mints.

Serve for 2 people.

Ingredients:

1.Four pieces of Eggs.
2.One medium sliced onion.(Half of them fried and grinded)
3.One tea spoon ginger garlic paste.
4.One small chopped tomato.
5. Few cashew nuts, few coriander seeds, few cumin seeds, few black pepper, one dry red chili, one
tea spoon shredded coconut, 2 clove, small cinnamon stick, 2 cardamom (dry roast all of them and
grind in a mixture).
6.Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili powder (half tea spoon of each item).
7.Salt & Sugar as per taste.
8.Sunflower oil.

Process:

Boiled the eggs and marinate the eggs with some salt and turmeric powder.

Make a smooth paste with the fried onions, ginger garlic paste and all the dry roasted masala with some water

Fry the egg pieces till they golden brown and keep it aside.



Now add some oil in a vessel and add the half of the sliced onion and the chopped tomato, fry till the onions are transparent.

Now add all the masala paste with some salt and sugar and cook till the oil separate.

Now add some water and add the fried eggs, cook with a lid till the gravy become thick.



Serve hot with Polao or Paratha.
