Fried Chicken Kabab

This recipe is for my food lover friends who don’t have oven at home. Very easy recipe and perfect for any kind of parties.

Prep time 20 mint.

Cooking time: 30 mint.

Serve for 4 people.


1.Chicken 750 gm. (I prefer to use Chicken with bone).

2.Three table spoon of Maida (All-purpose flour).
3.Two table spoon of Cornflower.
4.One tea spoon Ginger & Garlic paste.
5.One tea spoon red chili Powder.
6.One tea spoon cumin Powder.
7.One tea spoon of Coriander Powder.
8.One tea spoon of Garam Masala Powder.
9.One tea spoon of lime juice.
10.One tea spoon of olive oil.
11.Two Eggs.

12.Salt as per taste.

13.Two chopped green chilies.

14.Oil for frying.


Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for 3 to 4 hr.

Now put oil in a Karahi ,and fry the chicken pieces (few at a time) on medium heat (slowly).

Soak the extra oil with paper towel .Serve hot with a piece of lemon and onions.
