Murg Malai Kabab

One of my hubby dear’s favorite Kebab is Murg Malai Kebab. Quite easy to make, and after you taste it you just fill top of the world, I am not joking. And no need to go restaurants for sure to have this.



Prep Time: 30 Mints.

Serve for 4 People.

Ingredients:

1.Boneless Chicken 600 gm.
2.Dry ginger garlic paste one tea spoon.
3.Dry curd one table spoon.
4.One tea spoon black pepper powder.
5.One tea spoon Meat Tenderizer powder.
6.Half tea spoon Cardamom Powder.
7. Grated Cheese 100 gm.
8.Fresh Cream one table spoon.
9.Coriander leaves and green chili paste one tea spoon.
10.Salt as per taste.
11.One table spoon sunflower oil.
12.Butter for brushing.
13.Four Bamboo Skewer.

Process :
Marinate the chicken pieces with Salt, Dry ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, Meat Tenderizer powder & Cardamom powder for 30 mint.



In a bowl add the Grated Cheese. Curd, Cream, Coriander & green chili paste and make a smooth mixture.

Now add the chicken pieces into the bowl and add some oil. Marinate the chicken pieces for 2 to 3 hr.



Skewer the chicken pieces. And place the skewers in an oven proof tray.



Pre heat the grill on high heat.

Grill it for 10 to 15 mints. (Between brush butter and flip the skewer).



Serve hot and enjoy.

Chicken Kabab

Chicken kebab is a very famous delicacy in Hyderabad. It’s a very good starter. Try my very easy chicken kebab.



Prep time 20 mint.

Serve for 4 people.

Ingredients:

1.Boneless Chicken 750 gm. (cut into small cube size)
2.Yellow & Green paper half of each.(cut into small cube size)
3.Foue clove of crushed garlic.
4. Dry curd 2 table spoon.
5.One tea spoon red chili powder.
6.One tea spoon Black paper powder.
7.Half tea spoon of red chili crushed.
8.One table spoon of Olive oil.
9.Half tea spoon of chat masala.
10.Half tea spoon of garam masala powder.
11.Salt as per taste.
12.Butter for brushing.
13.Eight Bamboo skewers. (Soak the skewers in cold water for 20 mint)

Process:

Pre heat the grill on high heat

Marinate the chicken and peppers with all the ingredients for 4 to 5 hr.

Skewer the chicken pieces and peppers as per your choice in

Place the skewers in an oven proof tray.

Grill it for 10 to 15 mints. (Between brush butter and flip the skewers)

Yummy Chicken Kebab is ready ,Serve hot with little lime juice and salad.

Chicken Pakora


Chicken Pakora whenever I heard the name a tempting taste usually come in my mind. My Friend Chitrangada Kundu share this recipe with me. Thanks dear for the lovely recipe.








Prep time : 20 mint.

Serve for 4 people.

Ingredients:

1.Boneless chicken 250 gm (or u can use chicken with bone also) cut in small cube size.
2.One table spoon onion juice.
3.One tea spoon ginger garlic juice.
4.One tea spoon lime juice.
5.One tea spoon red chili powder.
6.One tea spoon of black pepper powder.
7.Two Table spoon of All-purpose flour.
8.Two table spoon of Cornflower.
9.Pinch of backing powder.
10.One table spoon of rice flour.
11.Sliced one large onion.
12.Salt & Sugar (optional) asper taste.
13.Sunflower oil.

Process:

Marinate the chicken pieces with onion juice, ginger & garlic juice, red chili powder, lime juice, black pepper powder, Salt & Sugar (optional) for 4 to 5 hr.

Make a thick (medium) batter with cornflower+Maida+Backing Powder+ Rice Flower+Salt+sugar+red chili powder+ black pepper powder.

Now take some sliced onion and few chicken pieces dip in the batter and deep fry it.

Your yummy tummy chicken pakora is ready ,serve hot with Tomato ketchup.

Coriander Pakora

 


Rain & Pakora wow what a perfect combination with some ginger tea. Enjoy my coriander pakora with somw pudina chutney.



Ingredients:

1.One bunch chopped coriander leaves.
2. One large chopped onion.
3.Five to six chopped green chillies.
4. Besan 100 gm,
5.Rice Flower 50 gm.
6.Red chili powder one tea spoon.
7. Salt & Sugar (Optional) as per taste.
8.Pinch of chat masala.
9.Sunflower oil.

Process:

Mix all the ingredients together and make a nice mixture .

Deep fry your pakora in any shape and enjoy your monsoon.

Koraisutir Kachuri or Peas Kachuri

Sunday morning breakfast is always special for us. So if I dont want to cook anything then also I used to prepare at least Luchi & tarkari (Puri and sabji). This Sunday I prepared some Kariasutir Kachuti or Peas Kachuri. With some sweet Cholar dal or Chana Dal. A perfect combo for an weekend.



Preparation time: 10 mints.

Cooking time: 20 mints

Serve for 2 people.

Ingredients:

For stuffing:

1.Green Peas : 150 gm.
2.One in ginger.
3.Two green chili.
4.Few cumin seeds.
5.A pinch of dry roasted Cumin& Red chili powder .
6.Salt & Sugar as per taste.
7.Sunflower oil.

For Dough:

1.All purpose flour: 200 gm.
2.A pinch of salt and sugar.
3.One tea spoon sunflower oil.
4.Oil for frying.

Process:

Make smooth dough with all the mentioned ingredients and keep it aside.

Now make a smooth paste with the peas, ginger & green chili.

Now add some oil in a vessel and add the cumin seeds after 2 mints, add the paste of peas with some salt and sugar.

Cook till the mixture become dry before switch off the gas add the dry roasted cumin and red chili powder.

Now make some small balls with dry peas mixture. Now divide the dough into small balls.

Press each dry peas balls in the center of the dough balls and fill it .

Close the opening well and flatten it.

Now roll out as for puris.




Now put oil in a Karia and deep fry the puris on low heat till golden brown.



Serve hot with Cholar dal or Chana dal.

Daal Puri

Near my home in Kolkata there is a sweet shop, every day morning they used to prepare “Dall Puri”. A special kind of puri stuffed with Chana dal mixture. It’s so good with a simple aloo sabji. In my childhood days in one rupee they used to give 2 puris. Wow what a day, and now one puri is 5 rupees. Try to prepare the Daal Puri at home, and the recipe for all of you. A very easy & delicious breakfast for all.






Prep time 20 mint.

Cooking time: 20 mint.

Serve for 4 people.

Ingredients:

For stuffing:

1.Chana dal 150 gm.( soaked in Luke warm water for 4 to 5 hr. or overnight)
2.Ginger 1 inch.
3.Green chili 2 to 3.
4.Red chili powder half tea spoon.
5.A pinch of Garam Masala Powder.
6.Few cumin seeds.
7.A pinch of Bhaja Masla( Cumin & Dry red chili roasted and grinded.)
8.Salt & Sugar (optional) as per taste.

For Dough:

1.All-purpose flour 200 gm.
2.One table spoon sunflower oil.
3.Salt & Sugar as per taste.
4.Sunflower oil for frying.

Process:

Make dough with all the ingredients. And keep it aside.

Now in a grinder add the soaked chana daal, ginger, green chilies and make a smooth paste.

Now put some oil in a karai & add some cumin seeds after few seconds add the chana dal paste.

Fry it in low flame. Slowly add the red chili powder, garam masala powder, bhaja masla ,salt & sugar.

Cook it till the paste became dry and the raw smells of raw chana dal goes off .



Now make some small balls with the dry chana dal paste. Now divide the dough into small balls.

Press each chana dal balls in the center of the dough balls and fill it .

Close the opening well and flatten it.

Now roll out as for puris.

Now put oil in a Karia and deep fry the puris on low heat till golden brown.

Serve hot with alu curry or any chutny.



Creamy Cheese & Spinach Pasta


Yesterday I watched one cookery show where I learnt this awesome Pasta recipe. Previously I told several times that I love Spinach, that’s why where I find cooking something with spinach I just love to follow this. Spinach is very much healthy for kids and elders both.

Guests often come to our places without informing and we need to prepare something quickly . So this recipe surely helps you out to please your guest and sometime for your family member too.








Prep time: 10 mint.

Cooking time: 10 to 12 mints.

Serve for 2 people.

Ingredients:

1.Pasta: Two cup.
2. Spinach: One small bunch (chopped).
3.Milk: One big cup.
4.Heavy cream : Half cup.
5. One table spoon of shredded cheese.
6.One table spoon all-purpose flour.
7.A pinch of dry Basil.
8.A pinch of Oregano.
9.Half tea spoon of dry red chili flakes.
10.Half tea spoon of freshly crushed pepper.
11.Salt & Sugar as per taste.
12.Twoto three table spoon of olive oil.

Process:

Boil the pasta with some oil and salt. After boiling drain the hot water and put some cold water into the boiled pasta.

Now add the oil in a vessel and add the all-purpose flour stir continuously and slowly add the herbs, red chili flakes and crushed pepper with some salt & Sugar.

Now add the milk and stir continuously so that no lump will be there.

After the milk start boiling adds the chopped spinach and cover with a lid.

When the spinach melt nicely with milk add the cream and the cheese. After 2 mints add the boiled
Pasta.
Mix nicely with the creamy mixture.



It’s creamy and very very yummy. Enjoy your Spinach Pasta and serve Hot.

Cheese Pasta

Pasta is a signature Italian Cuisine. Pasta used to come in a packet as a raw and dry form. Before cooking we need to boil the Pasta. Different shape of pasta is available in the market. So many different kind of recipe is also there. So today I prepared’ Cheese Pasta’ my style, try it and enjoy the taste.

 



Prep time : 15 mints.

Cooking time: 20 mints.

Serve for 2 people.

Ingredients:

1.Pasta : One cup.
2.Onion: One medium (sliced).
3.Brocoli: Cut into small pieces (One small cup).
4.Red & Green Pepper sliced (Half cup.)
5.Carrot: Sliced (Half cup)
6.Tomota: One small (sliced).
7.Shredded Cheese: Two table spoon.
8.A pinch of oregano.
9.One clove minced garlic.
10.One tea spoon Black Pepper powder.
11.Half tea spoon chili flakes.
12.Two to three table spoon olive oil.
13.Pasta sauce One table spoon .( As per your choice, here I use Four Cheese Pasta Sauce).
14.Salt & Sugar as per taste.

Process:

Boil the pasta with some salt & olive oil. (Not over cook the pasta). Drain the hot water keeps it aside.



Now put the olive oil in a heavy bottomed vessel, add the oregano and minced garlic after the oil get hot.
Now add the all chopped vegetable along with the onion, tomato and some salt. Cover with lid till the vegetables are 80 % done.

Now add black pepper powder and red chili flakes stir nicely.

After 2 mints add the pasta sauce with some sugar mix well with everything, finally add the boiled pasta.

Mix well with everything and cook for another 4 to 5 mints. Before switch off the gas add the shredded cheese.



Serve hot with choice of your drinks.

Masala Egg Curry

Me and my husband we both are very fond of eggs. Egg in any gravy we relish like anything. This time I prepared some old Egg Curry with some little different spices. And it came out soo good. Every time same old egg curry might make your lunch or dinner very monotonous so try this little different “Egg Curry” of mine , you will love it I am sure about that.

 



Preparation time: 15 mints.

Cooking time: 30 mints.

Serve for 2 people.

Ingredients:

1.Four pieces of Eggs.
2.One medium sliced onion.(Half of them fried and grinded)
3.One tea spoon ginger garlic paste.
4.One small chopped tomato.
5. Few cashew nuts, few coriander seeds, few cumin seeds, few black pepper, one dry red chili, one
tea spoon shredded coconut, 2 clove, small cinnamon stick, 2 cardamom (dry roast all of them and
grind in a mixture).
6.Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili powder (half tea spoon of each item).
7.Salt & Sugar as per taste.
8.Sunflower oil.

Process:

Boiled the eggs and marinate the eggs with some salt and turmeric powder.

Make a smooth paste with the fried onions, ginger garlic paste and all the dry roasted masala with some water

Fry the egg pieces till they golden brown and keep it aside.



Now add some oil in a vessel and add the half of the sliced onion and the chopped tomato, fry till the onions are transparent.

Now add all the masala paste with some salt and sugar and cook till the oil separate.

Now add some water and add the fried eggs, cook with a lid till the gravy become thick.



Serve hot with Polao or Paratha.

Egg Korma


Today first time I prepared this dish Egg Korma. Don’t have anything in my kitchen so what to do, and want to cook something special too. So I prepared this delicious Egg Korma, and believe me u goanna love this too.
 
 







Prep time:30 Mints.

Serve for 4 people.

Ingredients:

1.Boiled egg 8 piece.
2.One medium size chopped onion.
3.One medium size chopped tomato.
4.Two to Three green chili.
5.Ginger one inch. & Garlic paste 5 to 6 clove.
6.One table spoon shredded coconut.
7.Few cashew nuts( 10 to 12).
8.Few Raisin (7 to 8).
9.Few fenugreek seeds.
10.Cardamaom (2).
11.Small Cinamon stick(1).
12.Clove (2).
13.One tea spoon turmeric powder.
14.Half tea spoon red chili powder.
15.One tea spoon cumin powder.
16 Salt & sugar (optional) as per taste.
17.Sunflower oil.
18.Few drop of ghee.



Process:

Cut the eggs into two halves (Straight wise). Marinate the eggs with some salt and turmeric powder.

Make a paste off tomato, green chili, Ginger & garlic. And make another paste of shredded coconut, Cashew nuts, Raisin & fenugreek seeds with some water.

Put some oil in a heavy bottomed vessel, Fry the egg pieces gently. Keep it aside.
 
Now add the hole garam masala. Fry the onion till transparent.

Now add the tomato paste with the turmeric powder, red chili powder & cumin powder. Add the salt & sugar. Fry till the raw smell goes.

Now add the coconut cashew nuts paste. Cook till oil came out.

Add some water and add the fried egg pieces. Cover with lid and cook for few mints. Sprinkle some ghee.



Serve hot with Polao or Paratha.
